"My primary relationship is with myself- all others are mirrors of it. As I learn to love myself, I automatically receive the love and appreciation that I desire from others. If I am committed to myself and living my truth, I will attract others with equal commitment. My willingness to be intimate with my own deep feelings creates the space for intimacy with another. As I learn to love myself, I receive the love I desire from others."

I have had to parent myself. "Re-parent" myself. To teach my inner child what I know now to be right and/ or wrong. As well as listen to him as he explains why he had done something in the past, or what he wishes for us to do in the future.
It is beautiful and serene to feel as if I have mixed my past, present, and future into one transforming entity.
Nostalgia is a great way to get to know that past self, what do they love about the memory? Once you find out the answer face the fact that they are you. Now continue living with a new sense of grace.
We are no guru, or teacher, or even someone who wishes to influence your thought. We are just me, and we do happen to like attention. That's all the internet is anyways. But besides that, I know what I have known to be false and true, and I hope that there is a part of you that I can connect to.
The highest form of research is PLAY!!
GO HAVE FUN.

Everyone has a different idea of fun, mine for example can range from reading, writing, sunbathing, sleeping, getting to know a new plant or animal, meeting a new face, sitting in silence, swimming, listening to music, jumping up in down in a dark room listening to that music. That was a bit of a running sentence but you get the point! It doesn't matter what you do, so long as no one gets hurt. Be gentle with yourself, take your own needs into account. Be the person you needed when you were small, and use that to teach yourself how to be the next version of yourself; for yourself.
I love you. Remember that you are cherished.
